Front Squat
* Set 1 - 3 reps @ 75%
* Set 2 - 3 reps @ 80%
* Set 3 - 2 reps @ 85%
* Set 4 - 2 reps @ 90%
* Set 5 - 1 rep @ 95%
Rest 3 minutes between sets,


Build to a heavy ish snatch. In 20 min
135, 185, 225, 245. All easy and no fails.

30 Calories of Rowing
As many reps as possible of Double Unders in remaining time.

Crazy calf cramps. I hardly knocked out 70 reps. I was falling and failing reps left and right.
