Pwr snatch
No warm up grabbed a bar with 180 on it and pwr snatched it for 10 unbroken reps easy. Today is a rest day just messing around with a bar Dave loaded.

I pr'd 4 rounds + 4 reps
Fucked up during the last minute. We started at 1:00 so we were supposed to finish at 21:00. I stopped at 20:00 and it took about 20 seconds for me to realize people are still moving fast. Pretty sure I could have got to the pull ups if I was thinking at 19:00 I still hve 2 mind left. Next time ill hit that 4+21 or more reps.
After we went to UOP and ran up and down their stadium steps for time. Took me about 16 mins. Gabe did it in 13.
